Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Release Times for Xbox, PlayStation and PC Gamers

With less than 24 hours until the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the countdown is officially on. Not only does this mean a new installment in the FPS series is almost here, but some of us may be tempted to take a virtual trip to New Zealand—more on that later.

This year’s launch is a bit different, so there are a few important details to note. For one, there’s no early access for the campaign, meaning you’ll get the full Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 experience all at once.

In addition to the absence of early access, there are a few other things to keep in mind. The exact release time for the game is specified down to the minute on Battle.net and Steam, while other platforms will provide a general time window. Keep reading as we break it all down.

The PC launch times for Black Ops 6 are straightforward since they’re the same for everyone, thanks to Steam’s standard global release schedule. While this timing may be more convenient for some regions than others—apologies to those in the UK and Europe—players worldwide will be able to jump into the game simultaneously.

According to a post on the Call of Duty blog, Activision has confirmed that Black Ops 6 will have a regional rollout on Xbox and PlayStation, based on the times listed earlier. If past console launches are any indication, this likely means the game will unlock at midnight local time, though we’ll have to wait for confirmation. That said, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Xbox players switching to the New Zealand store to test if they can access the game early.

So, that’s when you can expect Black Ops 6 to launch in your region. In the meantime, check out our pre-load guide to get the game downloaded ahead of time—no need to wait any longer than necessary!
